How to Even Start This Madness

First things first: this quest is Steel Soul exclusive. If you\u2019re cruising through a regular save file, Zi won\u2019t show up. To kick things off, you need to visit a secret room in Blasted Steps. From Bellway Station in Shellwood, head west over that crumbling bridge. Climb up the central vertical shaft, then go east into the chamber where you first met the charming cartographer Shakra. Instead of taking the usual left exit, slide down the right wall to find a breakable barrier. Gobble up the Silkeater there, then keep pushing right. Voil\u00e0\u2014Steel Seer Zi and her gloomy little request.

She\u2019ll give you the wish \u201cA Vassal Lost,\u201d and your map suddenly blooms with three cryptic symbols. These mark resting spots of the absent vassal, but here\u2019s the kicker: the locations are randomized for every player. I nearly tore my hair out when my friend\u2019s guide didn\u2019t match my markers.
