Dream Patrols in Penitent’s End: All Challenges

Dream Patrol challenges are a great way to test your combat skills and earn rewards in Rinascita. In Penitent’s End, there are four Dream Patrols to complete, each with unique objectives. Completing them boosts your Exploration Progress and grants Astrite and treasure chests. However, these challenges don’t unlock automatically — you must first finish the ‘Quest of Faith’ quest.

To start the Quest of Faith, teleport to the south Resonance Beacon at Figurehead’s Shrine and head to the arena with a broken pillar in the center. Examine the shining etchings on the ground to spawn a Tacet Discord. You must defeat it within the firelight of the Macare Torch. After each battle, interact with the shining item in the arena center to move to the next arena. Each arena rewards you with treasure chests. Once the quest is complete, the Dream Patrol section will appear in your Exploration Progress.

Dream Patrol 1 – Figurehead’s Shrine Arena

This challenge is at the same arena where you began the Quest of Faith. It is repeatable until the time runs out, spawning waves of enemies. Your objectives:

• Save the Dreamscape Nexus from destruction
• Keep the Dreamscape Nexus Integrity above 30%
• Keep the Dreamscape Nexus Integrity above 60%

Dream Patrol 2 – South of Fool’s Elysium

Head west from the first arena to find this challenge. The enemies include a Fae Ignis. Complete objectives one at a time; start with the dodge requirement, then interrupt its fireball charge, then push for a high battle rank. Objectives:

• Reach Battle Rank SS
• Interrupt the Fae Ignis’ fireball charge 3 times (attack when its tail faces you and flames erupt)
• Wuthering Waves top up
