Building Robin, Penacony’s charismatic support, is refreshingly straightforward because her entire kit scales with Attack. Her ultimate, Vox Harmonique, triggers the Concerto state: it advances every ally’s action forward, grants a team-wide damage buff for one turn, and then deals additional physical damage after each ally attack—all based on Robin’s own Attack stat. This makes stacking Attack your primary goal.

Best Light Cones

Robin’s signature five-star, Flowing Nightglow, is the top choice. Whenever an ally attacks, the wearer gains a Cantillation stack (up to five), each boosting energy regeneration by 3%. On using the ultimate, stacks convert to Cadenza, granting the wearer +48% Attack and the entire team +24% damage for one turn. If you don’t have that, Bronya’s But the Battle Isn’t Over (energy regen and follow-up damage) or Ruan Mei’s Past Self in the Mirror (team damage on ultimate) are solid alternatives. For a four-star option, Memories of the Past provides a break effect boost and regenerates four energy on attack, helping you spam her ultimate.
