Buck Capsule (A): Production Chain Guide

Buck Capsule (A) ranks among the most profitable products you can craft in Valley IV, but setting up its production chain is a major space and resource commitment. The blueprint described below occupies roughly 40% of a fully upgraded base’s buildable area and cannot be saved as a blueprint, so you’ll need to build it manually. The layout splits into two parallel production lines: one for Double Steel Bottles and one for Ground Buckflower Powder. All materials are produced on the main AIC floor, fed by 10 Bus Depot Unloaders configured with 8 Ferrium and 2 Sandflower outputs each. This design minimizes depot bus usage, leaving room for other standalone chains.

      The Steel Bottle Sub-Line

The Steel Bottle chain processes Ferrium Ore and Sandflower in a specific sequence. Start with Ferrium Ore: send it through a Refining Unit, then a Shredding Unit, then a Grinding Unit, another Refining Unit, and finally a Moulding Unit. For Sandflower, route it through a Shredding Unit (which outputs 3 Sandflower Powder every 2 seconds) into a Protocol Storage Stash, then to the Grinding Unit. One Sandflower Shredding Unit can support two Grinding Units; add a second Protocol Stash to stockpile excess powder. This setup produces 60 Steel Bottles per minute, exactly the rate needed to sustain Buck Capsule (A) production.
